Finished the latest run of my new BBC Sunday morning show so no more long drives up to Leeds for the weekend at the moment!!

In Bejing as part of the BBC Olympic team and really enjoying and celebrating all our medals! In particular, Nicole Cooke's opening day victory and Rebecca Adlington's swimming performance. I don't know who was the wettest!!

It's been a fantastic Games so far, with hopefully a few more highlights before the fat lady sings.

I love Thai and Chinese food and I've found a few nice places to inspire my taste buds. Believe it or not, we do work hard here and I know the route from my hotel room to the BBC commentary position like the back of my hand.
